1.What's your #1 challenge right now?

Starting conversations and keeping them going

Being the real me around other people

Making friends and developing real relationships

Asking for what I need without fear, guilt, or shame

The physical stuff (racing heart, sweating, freezing up)

Overanalyzing, self-criticism, and replaying everything

2.What's the hardest part of this right now?

Friendships are fading

People don't really know me

Opportunities are passing by

I keep putting my life on hold

I'm exhausted

3.What's the one thing you most want to do in the next six months?

Reconnect with people

Say yes instead of finding excuses

Speak up and go for it

Start dating or go deeper with someone

Return to the things I used to love

Just enjoy a quiet mind for once

4.If I wrote an issue just for you, what would it be about?

Weirdly Human
